The house opens to the park: the covered galleries connect the interior with the pool, the garden and the loungers. The spaces are spacious and bright, with windows overlooking the greenery and quality furniture. Beverly Hills is a residential and quiet neighborhood, with houses with gardens and wide streets. The house is on Isaac Newton Street, corner Curupay, about 12 blocks from San Rafael supermarket and San Rafael pharmacy.
For shopping or daily errands, you have the supermarket and pharmacy about 15 minutes on foot. By car, Punta Shopping is about 6 minutes away. For dining out, there are a couple of restaurants less than 500 meters away.
HOW TO GET AROUND
The most convenient way is by car: the house has a covered garage for 2 cars. From there, the center (Avenida Juan Gorlero) is about 10 minutes away and the Port of Punta del Este is about 11 minutes away. The bus terminal is about 9 minutes away, and the Cozumel Brava stop is about 8 minutes by car.
To get to or return from Laguna del Sauce airport, allow about 25 minutes by car.
If you prefer to walk, the supermarket and pharmacy are about 15 minutes on foot.
