🚿 HOT WATER
In Uruguay, almost all homes heat water with an electric water heater, so hot water is not unlimited: a tank is enough for one long shower or two or three short ones, and then it takes between 30 and 60 minutes to recover. If several people are bathing, please wait a while between showers.

About 4 blocks away you have Punta Shopping, Tienda Inglesa and Farmacia San Roque (about 5 minutes walking). In the surrounding area there are 20 or more restaurants within less than 500 meters. Playa Mansa is about 16 or 17 blocks away (about 20 minutes on foot, or about 5 minutes by car).

HOW TO GET AROUND
On foot: Punta Shopping, Tienda Inglesa and the pharmacy are about 5 minutes away. To Playa Mansa it's about 20 minutes walking, or about 5 by car.

By car: to the port of Punta del Este and Avenida Gorlero, about 9 minutes; to the bus terminal, about 8; to Laguna del Sauce airport, about 25.

By bus: there is a stop (Cozumel Brava) about 24 minutes on foot.
