THE SPACE
You walk in and the living room opens to floor-to-ceiling windows, with the sea in the background. The covered terrace continues the view and is the corner where the whole group will want to return: breakfast, mate or a long dinner with the sunset. Inside there's room for 8 people to sleep, cook and gather without getting in each other's way.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Garden Tower is located on the Peninsula, one block from Playa de los Ingleses and about a 10-minute walk from Gorlero. It's a walkable area with supermarket, pharmacy and more than 20 restaurants within less than 500 meters.

For daily needs, La Candelaria kiosk is 1 minute walk away and Farmacia Pigalle is about 4 minutes. Punta del Este Port is about 8 minutes walk away, ideal for an afternoon stroll. Punta Shopping is about 9 minutes by car.

HOW TO GET AROUND
You can walk to Playa de los Ingleses in 2 minutes, to the Port in about 8 and to Gorlero in about 10. By car, Punta Shopping is about 9 minutes away and the bus terminal is about 5 minutes (about 23 minutes on foot). Laguna del Sauce airport is about 26 minutes by car.

The apartment has 2 parking spaces on the premises, so you can arrive by car without any hassle.

ELECTRICITY AND WATER CONSUMPTION

We care about energy and water for the environment and because excessive use is costly. That's why the stay includes a generous daily consumption, and anything beyond that is charged. We're telling you clearly so there are no surprises.

⚡ ELECTRICITY
Included up to 30 kWh per day (about USD 7), the limit for 4 bedrooms.
▪️ If exceeded, USD 30 is charged for every 100 kWh extra, proportional to consumption: 50 kWh extra is USD 15.
▪️ To conserve it: turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving, use air conditioning between 22 °C and 24 °C with doors and windows closed, and unplug what you're not using.

💧 WATER
Water is included in your stay. Still, we ask you to use it carefully, for the environment: short showers, washing machine with full load, and let us know of any leaks.

🚿 HOT WATER
In Uruguay almost all homes heat water with an electric water heater, so hot water is not unlimited: one tank is enough for one long shower or two or three short ones, and then takes between 30 and 60 minutes to recover. If several people are bathing, leave some time between showers.

📊 HOW IT'S MEASURED
We record the meters when you arrive and when you leave. If there is an overage, we will send you the detailed calculation and the charge will be made through Airbnb.
