THE SPACE
You walk in and the living room opens to a large window with the port in front: the sailboats, the bay and the movement of the boats. It's an apartment designed for viewing, and you can see it in every room.

The Peninsula can be walked around, and from La Caleta almost everything is within reach. You go down and in about 3 minutes you're on Gorlero avenue, with its shops, restaurants and the rhythm of the area.
About 5 minutes on foot you have Mailhos beach and the pier, and about 11 minutes away is the Port of Punta del Este. On the same street, about 2 minutes away, there's a Devoto Express supermarket, and about 3 minutes away a pharmacy. There are more than 20 restaurants within 500 meters. For shopping, Punta Shopping is about 8 minutes by car.
HOW TO GET AROUND
On foot you can reach Gorlero avenue in about 3 minutes, Mailhos beach in about 5, the port in about 11 and the bus terminal in about 13. With covered parking included you don't need to move your car during your stay.
